My experience at the hotel is generally great. The hotel is nice and staff are very pleasant. The location of the hotel makes it accessible by public transport and ease of access to the Vienna International Center. However, my toilet was not never cleaned through out the 5 days I was there. Despite being in an executive room, my bed was uncomfortable. There was only 1 full pillow and I had to request for an additional pillow and slippers before getting these. In addition, the internet connection in the room was poor.
The brochures in the room need to be updated because as the brochure indicates that there is free Aqua Massage available to executive room occupants, staff explain this is not available.
I occupied a 'standard' room but it was more than satisfactory. It was relatively large, with a good and comfortable double bed, choice of pillows, large-screen TV (albeit limited range of 'foreign' channels), minibar, and coffee and tea-making facilities. The tea choices were very limited - Earl Grey or 'Red Berries'. I used the Earl Grey on the first night and it wasn't replaced. Minibar goods are very reasonably priced, compared to what one often encounters. It is most unusual to get a reasonably-sized bottle of wine (red or white) of reasonably-good quality for 4 Euros.
The bath was long and deep, so you could enjoy a good 'soak'. The shower was good too, with a water-delivery that fluctuated in something of a power-shower style. The toiletries are good-quality. Lots of hot water. Towels are getting a bit threadbare, however.
Meals served at the bar in the evening are very tasty and good value.
It may not look like the nicest hotel ever when you first arrive however once inside it very pleasant and clean. The hotels location is decent, 5 mins walk (if that) to the metro station which is into the centre of town in 10 mins (running 24hrs friday - sunday). There is also tram links and buses a short way away. Within 5 mins there is also a massive shopping centre which has every shop you would expect in a shopping complex. Over the road from hotel is a small supermarket which has pretty much everything u want at reasonable prices.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. My German was not great (pretty terrible actually) so they were very good patient and would always point you in the right direction. The nice touch was the little gift they left for my fiancee in the room for her birthday, small sentiment but very much appreciated.
The hotel is nice and clean and the room we had was spacious, lacked some amenities however the room had lots of storage and nice spaces, if staying over 7+ days would may start to be a struggle but manageable.
Would recommend hotel for a short stay up to a week as great value for money and a great location a short distance from a spectacularly beautiful city.

We have chosen the Park Inn hotel especially because of it's parking and took into consideration that it is not in a central location. Never the less, the hotel is recommended also for those using public transportation. The hotel is convenient, the rooms are big and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is excellent.
Ramada Hotel and Suites Vienna is a lovely clean modern hotel. With free wifi :-)
The room is very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The weather was very hot the so the air conditioning was very welcome, so was the tea making facilities in the room. The hotel also has a spa, unfortunately, I didn't have time to use it. We didn't try the breakfast as it was not included when booking the room, although you could pay for it separately at $14 per person. As we were visiting friends who lived about 7 minutes walk from the hotel, we had breakfast with them for the duration of our stay. The hotel was very quiet. Can't wait for my next visit to Vienna. I would stay at this hotel again and make the most of all the facilities.
The breakfast was yummy and the best thing about our stay. The air conditioner in our room leaked water (getting water in the carpet) and since our room faced the road, it was very loud if we opened the windows. However, we spent most of the day sightseeing anyway. It was very easy to get to the center of Vienna and for the price we paid I think we got our value!
