I payed 35 euro for early check in and the room was not clean, the bathroom smells terrible. I contacted the front office 3 times until it done the second day.terrible

This is a beautiful property and a good location. However the staff are a bit hapless and there are numerous minority annoying things for a hotel of this price and level. Aircon in the room is fixed at 21 so if you like it a bit cooler then that’s not an option. Annoying lift system and to access their level lounge you need to go down to the ground floor then take another elevator up with two swipe cards involved. My door lock wasn’t working, three days and six new cards before they changed the battery in the door to fix it. Also this mean the room wasn’t serviced as the cleaners couldn’t get in either. Staff treated me like I didn’t know how to use a swipe card at one point. Rooms are great and well maintained. But they are getting some of the basics wrong which made it an overall annoying experience. Doubtful I’d stay here or at this brand again. These are all first world problems, however for the pice you would expect a better experience.

Stayed four nights, two of the nights which is exactly half my stay, my room was not visited by housekeeping, even though I did also put in the tag on the door that specifies “make up room“ I brought the concern to the attention of the housekeeping supervisor, both times she apologize. My room was not made up on till I called them right around 6 o’clock on the first night and 4 PM on the second night. Furthermore, I did place the card on the bed to have the sheets changed and on the first night they did not do that either. Overall the housekeeping service is extremely disorganized and run poorly. The hotel otherwise is great but I feel that the basic necessities of a hotel operation including daily room service/cleaning services are not met.
