The staff were kind and very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was not very clean. My room was near the kitchen so it smelled like what was cooking in the kitchen. And the second day I was there, it was less clean than the first. The cleaning staff did not do a good job.
Pool closed at 6 😒, lagoon was closed 😖
nice area of tables/chairs and a small selection of table games. One chair in room, not enough for two people to watch tv!! Nice garden area behind with restaurants (Italian, gelato, coffee shop). It was 119° when we were there so didn’t spend too much time outside or walk around.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The restaurants were lovely, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for tranquility and a place where you can truly relax and unwind. It is the perfect destination to escape from the stress of everyday life.
Without a doubt, I would love to come back and stay here again in the future.
stayed for the Fourth of July had an awesome day. The only thing that I did not like check in at 4 and the pool closed at 6 I’m not sure if that’s normal because it was a holiday. had a room with a Lakeview that my son absolutely loved. And easy to go to the village to watch the fireworks and head back upstairs once done. Overall, it’s pretty fantastic.
The hotel location was great,. The amenities were good. The building needs better maintenance and simple touchup to spruce it up.
The surrounding areas, the stores and restaurants, add to the comfort level of your stay. Good place for the price point.
Great location. Quiet and clean. Beds are comfy too.

The resort is very pretty. The lakeside rooms provided a nice view. However, the rooms were not very clean. There was dust on the furniture. The bathroom floor was filthy, especially under the sink counter.
We loved the view of our room. We also enjoyed the room as well. The only bad thing I will say. Is that every single time we pushed the elevator button. We got shocked.
