Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful stay, beautiful property as the water park was great. Disappointed in having to pay additional money at the water park for having to get 6 wrist bands at $57 for my family. Those rooms that are booked that say water park included which is why we reserved this room, is very deceiving as we thought it was included. Not very happy about that. Not sure we will be returning to this property to stay. Staff was not very knowledgeable on there own property."

"The hotel, the stuff, were clean and very enjoyable. However I guessed the my assumed my two year would stream and cry all night because they put us in the wing with dogs. Dogs who barked every time we opened and closed the door and in the middle of the night waking all of us up, including my toddler and my teen cheerleader daughter who needed to wake up up early to compete at ESPN the very next day. The shower head looked like it was cleaned and it was possible to get a water temperature other than scolding hot! My toddler cried every time. The beds were very hard to sleep on although my kids seems to sleep just fine on them (whenever the dogs weren’t barking). "

"Amaizing fresh breakfast with different variety of food. ( Eggs, pancakes, waffles, bagels hot coffe, tea and juice)... Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had all you need. Even hotel was full it was enough parking for cars. Also its 25 min from Universal studio and up to 1 hour from Orlando airport. Next to hotel a lot of different restaurants and gift shops. "
