"Everything was great..the hot was very good for the sore bones .I do have to mantion that our shower in the master room had a hole from water spraying on it coming from the shower head."

"Check in was easygoing but had a hard time finding my reservation I made on Expedia under my last name and had to find it by the confirmation number. As for the staff, they were friendly and attentive enough. As for the room, the front door didn’t shut securely and the bathroom was dirty. The air conditioning worked very well and the bedding was comfortable. Everything else was okay."

"Couldn't ask for a better experience for the money with 2 small children. Not sure about teenagers or adults as the pools are all shallow. The two waterslides are for real, though. Villas are really nice. Clean and modern. Staff was terrific, everyone we encountered. Special shout out to Mike the maintenance guy who helped us with our TV, even though he's a Knicks fan, and Chris at the front desk."

"I didn't like the parking, to get to our room, we went all the way around the property, to get to the elevator have to be from the care close to 1/4 mile, bathroom really small, 2 people can't stand in there together. No shuttle to the airport, staff are all great, cleaning staff friendly and helpful and price is affordable."
