"The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. "This was a perfect unit for our family of 4 and our kids 10 and 7 absolutely loved every bit of the unit filly themed in every angle and corner with Mickey and Minnie stuffs. Host accommodated our early check-in in short span of time and unit was super clean. Location was super prime and shuttle to Disney parks from hotel door step was a top notch bundle advantage .
