"This property is very close to Disney Springs with shopping, restaurants, entertainment and easy parking. Our room wasn't ready for check in at 4 pm and we had to wait. The housekeeping staff started knocking on doors at 8 am in the hallway. Bummer for us late risers."

"Excellent Hotel near Disney Spring. Also provides free breakfast & Happy Hour in the evening. Great location with free Disney Parks shuttle. Love to go there again."

"Check in was great and Bennett took care of all my questions. There are some issues in the arcade, broken games, but was still able to have some fun in it with my boy. The room was pretty clean though I would have liked the fridge to have a freezer for ice packs. Food and drinks were typical prices for "vacation spots" so be prepared for that though everything we ate or drank was pretty good. The buses to the parks is such a game changer as well. Not having to fight with park traffic when you leave was such a stress relief. "

"Stay was great ! Hotel was very scenery as well. Only issue I had was the shower was not enough pressure as well as I chose a king size room but had to get a queen instead . They gave me breakfast to be included for the inconvenience, but didn’t have anything I wanted there . Also , would recommend they list you have to pay for parking as well so there isn’t any surprises once you get to the hotel ."
