Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was a lack to detail that is usually expected at a property like this (the pool was not regularly tended to, so there was often no towels or old drinks and cups left for the whole day) (the front staff was mediocre at offering help or giving typical concierge advice). The restaurant was a highlight.

We loved everything about this hotel to include the smell! We are very big on hotels that are truly the full package and can honestly say this hotel is top notch! We stayed for 6 nights and loved every moment, so much that we rarely left. The food, drinks, ambiance, cleanliness, smell, and the staff, literally everything was superb! I have never said that I wanted to return to a specific state just for a singular hotel, but that has changed. I will take the 5 hour flight to Florida just to stay at the beautiful Ette Hotel again in the future!!

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful when I needed anything. There is not a shuttle to pick you up and return back to the hotel, however they utilize Lyft to transport to and from which was not expensive at all. The hotel is 20 minutes from the malls and other shopping areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable and other than the traffic noise from 7-11 at night I slept like a baby. Debra was a lifesaver during my stay.

Property is clean and beautiful. Front desk staff is fantastic -- so kind and nice. The rooms are very clean and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. BUT ... $29 + 20% service charge + tax for a vodka martini? OUTRAGEOUS! This is the most expensive cocktail I have ever ordered and I live in Manhattan. AND ... a measured 1.5 oz. pour. (We had asked for Tito's vodka, but they do not have. Bartender suggested Belvedere. Was Belvedere a different price from Tito's? If yes, shouldn't we have been told?). The food in the restaurant is hit or miss -- some dishes delicious, some really not. Short of this, it is a beautiful boutique hotel and generally a great, great staff. Parsha at the front desk is so nice.

While not perfect, there was a lot to love about our stay. The location is unbeatable - you're close to EVERYTHING you want, the airport is 35min, Epcot is 10min, SeaWorld is 20min - unbeatable. The property is well maintained, and the aromatherapy throughout is great. The rooms are comfortable, and the premium bedding and great toiletries are definite plusses. The bed is large and comfortable. The staff is personable and very willing to help. The bar/restaurant is expensive and hit-or-miss. Bottom line: the price is very competitive for the quality received, and I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Orlando. It's not a 5 star NYC property but it IS a 5 star Florida one and an Orlando standout.

I had just had eye surgery, so I didn’t see or take advantage of anything but our room. It was clean and the beds and pillows comfortable. I was unable to get much water to stay in the tub for a bath, as I was unable to take a shower because of my eyes. The towels were large and soft, as was the bath mat. I look forward to returning if the need arises.

Love this place

Awesome boutique hotel for those looking for an option in the area that is not as large and family oriented. Carefully curated amenities remind me of higher end city hotels. Only draw back is that the fitness center isn't too practical, and not always in good repair.

I would say without question if I could give Ette Hotel 6 stars I would. The hotel is modern and spotless amazingly comfortable beds and linens. This is a reasonably small hotel personal recognition by the staff made our stay an in even happier experience. Great location especially for Disney but easy to get everywhere around Orlando with easily accessible main road links. Free parking was a consideration when comparing to other hotels in the area.

Ette is the place to be if you go to Orlando/ Kissimmee, the staff is amazing, extremely inviting and friendly. We definitely feel at home every time we go there. The restaurant is incredible , we ate there every day , we couldn't get enough , from breakfast to dinner is absolutely delicious. Sad to leave for sure. But we will be back soon!
