"The property is massive. The pool area was very nice. The villa was clean, and the rooms were spacious. The main bathroom, containing a shower and a toilet, was very small. We enjoyed the amenities and will book again."

"Roaches in the kitchen when we came back from dinner. Also when I went out to put a bag in my trunk Saturday night, security person was riding stopped and said he got a complaint and told me to keep it down . I had no idea what he was talking about until I did hear another unit where the guests were having a small party. Instead of security investigating he just automatically assumed it was me which was rude and also weird."

"The shuttle system was good getting us from the hotel. However, getting back to the hotel was a hassle (especially if you are traveling with kids). The system is excellent for adults. Overall, the hotel was great and conveniently located. Walmart is across the street and so are several restaurants and stores."

"Room and property amenities were excellent. A room close to the pool was not great. The pool closed at 11 and kids were screaming up until then. Also, fees were different than listed on Expedia website. Listed as being around $56, but was charged $71 at the hotel. Resort fees and parking were assessed in this fee. Otherwise, the room and pools were exactly what we were hoping for on a last minute trip to Disney."

"just want to let the grounds staff know, that when you enter the building #2 the sprinklers are pointed at you as you enter the door to the hall so you get wet, it happened twice both at night and in the morning both times got wet. Also as we got down for breakfast the family 5 minutes before us took all the sausages and none left for anyone? , i asked the cook and she said sorry they took them all ! Greedy! , i saw them give 12 sausages to their 18 month old baby, who then didn't eat them just left them on the table. What is wrong with people? no consideration for anyone else."
