"The place was as pictured but the home was dirty. We thought files had come in bringing our bags in but as the night progressed, we saw flies gathered by the sliding glass door. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty and the appliances were dirty. We also had an additional 30 mins added to our drive because the listing had Orlando instead of Kissimmee."

"Beautiful neighborhood, quietly and well kept. The home is gorgeous on photos however the chair cushions outside are filthy, the carpet is a very light color with stains all over the bedroom. The rules to booking the home some are ridiculous for instance, you pay a cleaning fee however per the house rules, everything must be cleaned with the laundry placed in the washer. The communication was poor I booked 3 weeks in advance and on the day of check in I had to search for a number to call...
