The staff were very friendly and attentive, and calls to the front desk were answered immediately with no wait time. Although the breakfast buffet offered a limited selection, everything was incredibly tasty and healthy. The Japanese breakfast was especially delicious. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of space—particularly with the sliding Japanese doors—and were also a very comfortable size. We had a Capitol view, which was incredible; we could see the National Diet Building, the Imperial Palace gardens, and even Tokyo Skytree in the distance. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay for anyone visiting Tokyo who wants a quieter area that is still central and convenient.

Excellent stay at the Capitol Hotel. Perfect central location for our family to explore Tokyo. The staff was friendly, attentive and made our 2 year old son smile. Bonus that we were able to see Mount Fuji from our room.

We had an incredible experience staying here. Located in Chiyoda area, it's a quick subway to many tourist locations, with a station in the basement of hotel. Chiyoda is located near government buildings, so the area is clean and felt very safe. Staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. Everyday, our room was thoroughly cleaned. We decided to have breakfast pre-ordered during our stay, which we recommend because the options (continental, Japanese breakfast, American breakfast, and a la carte) at Origami restaurant in the hotel are delicious and a great way to start the day before adventures around Tokyo. We had a couple days when we worked out at the gym, which provides essential workout needs. Our room itself was amazing: the premier corner king. With nearly panoramic view of the city, we were in awe of our 25th window perspective. The bed was extra large, which made our sleep more comfortable. We opted to keep our sheets the entire stay to help with Capitol Hotel’s sustainability goals. The bathroom includes a double vanity, with a stunning bathtub + shower with views of the city. Countless amenities, ideal location, and exceptional staff make The Capitol Hotel Tokyu a perfect place to stay!

had a pleasant stay overall. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are truly excellent. Everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful, which made a big difference. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use an update. It was clean and comfortable, but not modern. Breakfast was good and reliable, but very basic, nothing special. No complaints, just not a wow experience. Overall a solid hotel mainly because of the service and location.

Its prime location with direct subway access made city exploration seamless. The Premier King room was spacious, with panoramic views, elegant minimalism, plush bedding, a deep soaking tub, and top-notch amenities and high-speed Wi-Fi. Service embodied omotenashi: attentive staff provided personalized recommendations and flawless assistance. Dining shone at ORIGAMI's diverse breakfast buffet and Suiren's exquisite kaiseki dinner with seasonal ingredients. Amenities included a relaxing indoor pool, spa, onsen-inspired baths, and a well-equipped gym.
