A beautiful hotel, combining aesthetic beauty with luxury, comfort and restful quiet. The spa is first class and the pool is perfect. We look forward to returning!
Fantastic helpful concierge staff assisted with so many details and bookings for my sons birthday, they went above and beyond. Lovely corner suite in Heritage Wing of the Okura. We will come again!
Staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and proactive. Facilities were excellent. We went to several highly rated restaurants during our stay in Tokyo; we enjoyed the omakase at The Okura the most.
Our six-day stay at the Okura Tokyo was wonderful. It's a beautiful, classic hotel in a lovely area. Our rooms were so comfortable and we loved the breakfast buffet and dining options. The pool was amazing. The service was great and we would happily return to this hotel.
I stayed here for over a week in February 2026 and found it excellent in all respects. I think it is in a convenient location (not far from several subway stations and I walked to Ginza and Roppongi easily). The pool complex is simply fantastic. Probably the best hotel pool I've used, and I used it every day. My room was on a high floor, very well appointed and had excellent views to the east and south east. House keeping was great and very responsive and the tpiletries were excellent. It had everything I needed and I will stay here again (later this year). I was very impressed.
Beautiful hotel, staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Entire hotel grounds were impeccable, rooms are well appointed with good amount of space.
Room was great, perfect for Tokyo Great bath room and very comfy bed.
