"Great location- walkable to Times Square / broadway and numerous shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed but room itself is showing wear and tear. Our room was spacious but not much of a view room 207- toilet inconsistently flushed and coffee maker did not work. For a weekend of watching broadway shows, it was an excellent stay."

"The UP train from Pearson takes you right there! This wonderful historic hotel is in the middle of it all--a stone's throw from the CN Tower, the Aquarium, Rogers Centre, the Hockey Hall of Fame. You name it! The property exudes character and charm!"

"Great location, i only checked on the same day that i had to check out due to flight delay. only use the room for 8 hours however when i requested to checkout late (3 hours more) i was asked to pay $100 + taxes which was disappointing. "

"Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a decent staff. My biggest complaints are the long check-in line and slow elevators. It's an older hotel which is why the rooms are bigger compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Times Square. Overall, not the most luxurious experience but I had a good stay and would consider booking again in the future."
