Recently stayed at MADE on a girls getaway and we could not have been happier with our visit. Great location in that it was far enough away from the more touristy parts of town, but close and central to everything we wanted to explore. Lovely inclusions like coffee each morning and happy hour in the evening, the lobby bar was always great for a bite to eat or cheeky drink, and while we didn’t make it up to their rooftop bar (we visited in winter) we heard that was lovely too. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We travel often and have stayed in many 3- and 4-star hotels, and this one truly deserves to be upgraded to 4 stars. The staff were always friendly, professional, and caring. Our room was cleaned daily, and everyone—from housekeeping to reception—greeted us with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Well positioned hotel. Easy walk to Empire State, Time Sq and all midtown tourist spots.

We had an amazing time in NYC. The hotel was amazing, has that vintage style but the rooms inside are renovated. Staff were amazing as well very helpful, always there to greet us with beautiful smiles. We would definitely stay there again.

Central for attractions I needed to see. Room was great size with a kitchenette. Staff were prompt when air con wasn’t working properly. Also appreciated window that opened.
