We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and conveniently located in the heart of the Financial District, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The breakfast was very good. But above all, the staff was the best part of our experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their kindness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The staff are what makes this place a 5 star hotel! Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly, and always asking how our stay was and how we were doing. They provided recommendations for us on dining and always answered our questions. Free breakfast was a plus, too! Our room was small and our view was next to nothing, which was kind of depressing when visiting New York but we made do.

I’ll make this quick as I don’t write reviews. Just got back from a weekend celebrating my daughter‘s sweet 16. I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels. I would have to say that this Hotel was an absolute gem. The rooms are bigger than what you would normally get for a hotel room in New York City. Property is extremely well-maintained and the comp breakfast buffet was a nice added touch. The location is perfect, it’s walking distance to many downtown attractions. It is a two block walk to Fulton center, which is a main subway hub. This will be my go to hotel for upcoming work trips. Two thumbs up, 1000% Enjoy
