"Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location"

"Although the property is not exactly updated, it was incredibly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s located right in front of the beginners lift and was close proximity to the ski school and shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Great oasis in the mountains with great service and food "

"Restaurant could have provided a wider selection of ala-carte dishes albeit simple dishes like ramen, donburi, burgers, etc instead of restricting ala-carte dishes to be chosen only from the set menu."

"The rooms are specious and very nice, good breakfast and service "

"Amazing place to stay. Absolutely will be back"

"Great place to stay . Family room for 5 was great. Staff awesome absolutely recommend to all."

"The hotel is not the most convenient to Hakuba town, but it is quite and there is a shuttle to two ski resorts (limited to three times a day, each way). The breakfast is a great way to start the day and the onsen is a nice place to relax after a day of skiing. The rooms are vintage charm, but the staff are so very friendly."

"Great location and super friendly host. "

"The room was fantastic. The amenities were wonderful and gave opportunities to meet and greet other travellers. The location to all the mountains in Hakuba was amazing (after you get used to the map and buses). Highly rated ⭐"

"Staff were very helpful and buffet was well managed though very busy at times. The onsen was of good size . Beautiful views. "

"The staff were so welcoming and it was a comfortable environment to stay at. "

"Wonderful Experience! Staff was very attentive and accomidating. Breakfast was great, shuttle options were wonderful and the Onsen was superb. Being walking distance to chair lifts with access to Happo One was added plus"

"Great place to stay"

"Excellent service, clean room, good facilities and lovely location."

"A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer"

"Very great place for people on a budget. Had a great shuttle service and not too far from the hill. The bar area downstairs had lots to do and was very fun."

"The room was clean and suitable for a week stay in Hakuba. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the Hotel was well located to enjoy the amenities in Echoland. The shuttle services to all the ski resorts are nearby which made it easy for my first time skiing in Hakuba. "

"The staff and service is second to none! "

"Clean room…great staff"
