The check-in staff was kind and helpful, but the person I spoke with on the phone tried to charge extra for breakfast even though it was already included, which felt unreliable. However, the bath and breakfast were excellent, so I’m satisfied overall and would stay again."

Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"
