"We stayed at the hotel as we were visiting the Warner brothers studios so it was perfect, but not much else around the hotel if you’re not going there. Staff all very good, especially Jamie in breakfast who was great with our two kids"

"No lift to rooms, not too much of a problem for us as only one flight of stairs. Room was very large and bed comfortable but was so hot, no air con on a very hot day which is understandable in England but the radiators were on. Biggest disappointment for us was breakfast, all self service and the cooked items looked like they had hardly seen the pan. For the price would have expected some cooked to order items."

"Very pleased with everything except the aircon remote didn't work, which due to the hot weather made the roomn uncomfortable to sleep in. Everything else excellent."
