"This place is not ready for the public yet, the room is very dated, the windows are very old and damaged, the carpet was disgusting, the bed sheets were not changed from the previous visit. The shower was not comfortable either. The gym was good, and the staff seemed friendly, but the hotel needs a major uplift to justify the room rates they are charging"

"I cant recommend this hotel highly enough, at check in the very kind and helpful Mohammed upgraded our room at no extra cost as he saw that my 6ft3" son was going to be uncomfortable on a sofa bed, the hotel its self was very clean and tidy and very tastfully decorated, a really nice touch having a gym also on site. the room was nice,clean and cosy, the bed was comfy too which is always a risk when booking hotels. "We stayed at the hotel as we were visiting the Warner brothers studios so it was perfect, but not much else around the hotel if you’re not going there. Staff all very good, especially Jamie in breakfast who was great with our two kids"
