"Had a great stay. Staff at reception were polite and prompt, air conditioning worked a treat. Only slight negative was the bed was a little on the firm side for me, but that’s personal preference. Lovely touch with the hand written note and snacks in the room. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area"

Was staying with a group of friends and we all agreed we’d all consider booking this hotel again if in the Wembly area. Staff were friendly, Beds comfortable and appreciated the aircon as it was a hot day and night we were there. "

"Comfortable bed, clean and tidy room! Staff very helpful & polite. Used restaurant for dinner, and food was very good, reasonably priced too. One issue is the £5 parking charge on check-out! The system will not let you complete the check-out process until you make the payment. Irrespective if you have paid parking in advance to check-in (HGV parking account with SNAP)."
