Excellent west London location, being only a two minute walk from the tube, making a great launching point for exploring the London sights and attractions. "We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Great location with lots of very nice pubs serving good food. The barn was lovely and cosy, and such a beautiful building. Our host Mrs Allport was warm and friendly and very helpful. We were down to visit friends and family it was a perfect location to do this, and lovely to come home to relax after our days out. Would highly recommend, and would definitely book again if we were coming this way.Cornwall"

"we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."

"This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice outdoor area along the river Thames. The house is very rustic as a Cottage should be. The beds are very comfortable, but at night we got a little hot. The property manager brought us some fans which helped a lot. Uber availability was very good and the average cost to go to Windsor Castle was about $16. We did not do a lot of cooking, but when we did, we sat outside .
