"Fantastic hotel, great facilities pity about event planning, not well organised, poor communication, staff and kitchen were at logger heads and were unable to deliver the menu agreed. Service was terrible or excellent depending on who was in charge on the day. "

We had erroneously not booked the fine dining Madhus and ended up in the Stables, so noisy with young folks that we left for the Glasshouse, best described as a gastro pub. The buffet was plentiful and well presented. The service was pleasant and helpful. The distance between the two restaurants is so impressive that we had to order a golf...

"Hotel was decent. Did not love it but it was good for a 1 night stay before we went to Barcelona from Luton airport. It is close by so that was a plus and main reason for booking. AC did not work at all. They gave us a standing fan which did not really deliver much of anything but it was all we had to work with. Good short stay if traveling via LTN Airport, minutes away"

"This place is not ready for the public yet, the room is very dated, the windows are very old and damaged, the carpet was disgusting, the bed sheets were not changed from the previous visit. The shower was not comfortable either. The gym was good, and the staff seemed friendly, but the hotel needs a major uplift to justify the room rates they are charging"
