"Comfortable - shower was great. Basement rooms have a slight rumble from the trains, didn't bother me. AC was a bit feeble in the mid summer heat. Worth the money."

"The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and check out late to meet our flight needs. The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be amazing when they finish. Despite the current construction, the staff made the stay worth it. I also love this location in London. Nearby tube access makes any siteseeing close, but this neighborhood is quiet and chill. "

"Hotel is renovating for the next 3, so at least one lift (sometimes 2) was always out if service which created huge lines in the lobby and in our floor. The room we stayed in was already redone - very nice, very clean"
