Amazing hotel beautiful location, lovely grounds. The staff were really lovely and helpful, with everything they gave us a map to Harry Potter as the hotel is a Perfect location if you are visiting the Warner brothers studio. It’s a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride for £6. There is Nothing else in the area to do, however, you can visit the town of Watford, which is a 10minute taxi ride away £10. Lots of pubs and restaurants

A wonderful stay and a place we will definitely re-visit. My youngest has autism and often struggles in unfamiliar environments, but the suite we had was calming, clean and large. The room was clean and the bathroom although it needed some minor maintence to the basin tap (wear and tear problem). The staff were very freindly and helpful We had a bar snack in the evening which was good ad was breakfast. Overall very good value so very happy with the experience. As others have said, the promotional picture does give the impression that you will be staying in a grand old bulding so this is misleading, as the hotel block is modern and not attached to the old building.
