Ok stay but room wasn’t ready at 3pm unacceptable

Our room wasn’t ready on arrival and it seemed we were in a queue waiting for rooms to be ready. We was offered a free drink at the bar but then ended up buying another to waste time. After about an hour of waiting we got to our room which was clean and cool. Breakfast was good

Convenient hotel with good parking facilities

We’ve stayed here twice now in the last few months. Great rooms and plentiful parking. Convenient location. Breakfast is good and the Chaplins restaurant is always good quality albeit a bit too expensive.

We love the front desk service team. Always pleasant and could not be more helpful. However for an hotel Of this caliber that we use so regularly it is such a shame that the rooms are almost unbearably hot. The lack of aircon is strange and a number of other guests were complaining too. Fan was provided but all that did was move the hot air around. Such a shame.
