"I have stayed at this Hotel before and it still offers great service. As a solo traveller it is perfectly positioned to transport, restaurants, cafes and Marvel Stadium. The room was clean and tidy. The only problem I had was there is no Room Service. There is a small selection of noodles, chocolates and drinks available for purchase at reception but no food. I think the information about Room Service needs to be updated. Other than that I had a great experience."

"The location was fantastic for easy access to Southbank parklands and the room was really clean and comfortable, however, with such close proximity to the hospital it was very noisy."

But the receptionist was very helpful and patient, she rebooked us without getting confirmation from Expedia. Very grateful, otherwise it would be very hard for us to deal with the angry and tired kids! "
