"Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "

"The apartment was really great and very spacious ! The view is breathtaking, I really enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and soaking in the incredible views of the snowy mountains. If I had to be picky I’d probably just say something about the fact that if you’re going for a longer period of time, carrying your things from the car can be a little tricky due to the lack of accessible ramps or elevator. Despite that I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I would come back. "

Every meal felt like an experience in itself, paired beautifully with the surrounding views and gracious hospitality. Our room was nothing short of magical. Waking up to those breathtaking views was a joy each morning, and the luxurious bathroom added a touch of indulgence to every day. The bed — oh, the bed! — felt like floating on a cloud, making restful sleep effortless and dreamy. We have absolutely no complaints… except that we had to leave.
