The hotel is still recovering from the back to back hurricanes in 2024 but the service, staff, rooms, and amenities were great! "The resort is an excellent place to stay, especially if you have children. Our trip was just my husband and me, but we still had a good time. I think the kids had so much to do there, and all of them seemed to love it. The resort is a little aged, but it is still kept up well. Our room was cleaned every day, the beach towels were plentiful, and the food was excellent. "

Being able to check in early was definitely convenient in addition to the wristbands provided to utilize the cabanas on the beach.
