"The room was okay but i was upgraded to a king bed from a double bed and paid a discounted upgrade fee but somehow I lost the balcony which was important to me and it was on my original reservation. The view was good. Pool view and part beach. The staff was friendly and helpful but they were understaffed. ..."

"I had trouble with the door code. It would have been nice to have the directions for the code at check in. But the condo itself was nice and clean. I would stay there again. My daughter stayed on the upper level and said the rooms could have been updated."
