"Very nice hotel. Great location in the French quarter. Staff was very friendly. Had a Junior suite with an awesome balcony over looking the courtyard. However, bed sagged and left our backs aching. Told the staff after the first night and they said they would look into it but they didn’t. Got a cot for the third night which was more comfortable than the main bed. "

"It was a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Room was great and we had a nice balcony onlverlooking the busy plaza. Would stay for longer.
