My husband and I were looking for a hotel that was affordable, clean and in a good location. We found that this hotel met all criteria. It is close to Parrallel station which easily connects to the funicular to Mountjuic or popular landmarks such as the gothic quarters. We also appreciated the staff's friendliness and the air-conditioning in this heat. A great find!

We actually had two rooms - unexpectedly but wonderfully. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate the restaurant off the lobby and the food was wonderful - we couldn’t finish our plates!

We only there for one night. Room was clean and tidy. Great family room and staff were very helpful. ( my only dislike was access to the bath was on the slope side for a shower. Gratefully for the handrail to get around this. )

Staff members were pleasant and very helpful, air conditioning was broken they assisted in moving our room which was a relief from the heat after a 15 hour plane flight. Stayed one night for the next day cruise. Perfect location for the purpose. Suggestion to cruisers: walk to the port or else you are going miss your cruise because of the terrible traffic unless you give yourself plenty of time ahead.

Staff were excellent. Have stayed at this hotel before and some of the reasons for staying here is the location and the breakfast to start the day. The breakfast this time was disappointing, the bacon was well undercooked and was covered in fat the eggs also covered in fat, the toaster took ages to toast bread. Fruit and pastry selection was good.
