Hotel staff (front desk, restaurant/bar, greeters) were SUPER helpful and really friendly. Location is phenomenal!!!!! We had a near-perfect stay, but housekeeping didn't always clean our room timely, and we ran out of toilet paper, body wash, and towels.

This was my second time staying here. Location is absolutely perfect. Both times I've had a room with a view of the square and the windows are really large. Rooms are spacious for European city centre hotel, tasteful furnishings, decor and lighting. Everything I had at breakfast was great. There were some nice little service touches, such as a teapot for the tea drinkers like myself. Unfortunately I fell ill during my time in Barcelona but the staff were very kind in offering to help me which was appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond my expectations. Champagne upon arrival was a lovely touch! The room was excellent and spacious and all my requests had been adhered to. The views from the room were wow and left me speechless. Hotel location was superb, central and surrounded by shops & restaurants and fantastic transport links. We looked forward to breakfast each morning and enjoyed the variation, the host was courteous and welcoming. We can't wait to stay here again, already planning our next trip. Thank you Olivia Plaza for making our stay memorable.
