"This place was wonderful; staff always available to help They all knew english. Very elegant and clean The only thing that was weird, which was more funny to us than anything was the back window opens to a central opening where a rear building of apartments shares windows to the same space as the hotel and your voice echoes to the apartments if you dont close your windows and the tenants get really mad and curse at you "

"Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Only downside was the construction that made it difficult to access the hootel. Stull a great location and friendly staff. Highly recommended. "

"I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. It’s clean, quiet and located in the best location. We had the best receptionist named Julia. She went above and beyond for us. She even brought us a welcoming gift to our room, which was such a nice surprise. Best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Also she is fluent in English which really helped us out during our stay! She recommended the best places and helped us with transportation. I felt so safe and stress free because of Julia. The only bad review I have to say is the beds are not comfortable. Stay at H10 cubik!! "

"The whole experience was fantastic. Location next to Cathedral (central), friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. Room was larger for a European room, bed was comfortable, shower was tricky, but once we figured out how it works, it was perfect. Restaurant was good (but there are so many other options walking distance from hotel we only ate there once. Offered umbrellas when it was supposed to rain, concierge worked to get us seats at Flamenco show. Made shuttle to ship pier available - just couldn’t have been a better experience. "
