Easy check in with friendly staff. Room and bed were very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were lovely with breakfast having a really good selection of items with plenty of staff around if needed. Hotel is a bit of a maze with odd staircases dotted around but I quite liked the adventure. A good stay, if I find myself needing to go to the Birmingham area again I'd definitely stay here again.

Few niggles but would stay again.

Great place to stay and breakfast was great (apart from the hash browns). The spa was a little small and the changing rooms desperately need updating. Dinner was good though the service was very slow. I would stay there again.

The perfect base

The hotel is very well situated and it was easy to find. The staff are very friendly and helpful ...... with one exception. I found Kaspers in the bar to be quite surly and rude.
