I had a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. Overall, a positive experience and a convenient place to stay.

Check in was good, staff helpful and efficient, our room was ok, terrible view and Smelt of cigarette smoke and the carpet seems outdated but bathroom and beds clean, basic but only 1 night so served a purpose. Really liked the free cup of tea / coffee / hot chocolate machine at reception , and car park very reasonably priced for the hours of stay Hotel great location, easy walk to the utilitia stadium and bullring, overall good value hotel

Very help full staff, secure parking within the property, the room was very clean and nice layout ,it was ideal for the place that i was visiting (Utilita Arena) which was a 10 minute walk to, spot on.

A good stay except for the lift from car park

Staff were amazing, facilities great, breakfast spot on, comfy beds and clean room with good facilities. Love the hotel. But what spoilt it for us was the lift from the car park to reception being broke meaning we had to lug cases up and down flights of stairs. We stay here as the Ibis and its facilities are so convenient.
