"The hotel heating system overrides the rm temp and therefore our room was at 24 degrees in the night, there solution was to open the door but then we had road noise. Hot tub area is nice but hot tub was very hot last 2 stays. "

"Such a fabulous stay! Clean and quiet double-Queen bedroom with an additional sink in the room, apart from the washroom, gives it more functionality. The daily coffee/tea delivery is exceptional. Rooms include a waterfall shower, patio, and access to hot tub pools with a bathrobe for lounging on shared patio spaces. The restaurant downstairs is excellent in quality and service, while the front desk helps you get around the town by offering free bus vouchers. The bus stop is located right across the road and conveniently has a fuel station there as well for late-night snacks. If you're going to Banff, this is the place to stay for relaxation, fun, and a great jumping-off point for sightseeing, skiing, and enjoying the town."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were big & clean. Best pillows I’ve ever slept on! The hot pools were salty and hot, loved it. Didn’t get to use the Sauna but for sure next time. The rooftop fire pit was not working. The restaurant food was 10/10. Will 1000% book again."
