"This was the perfect place for our family getaway. Perched on the top of a mountain with an amazing view. The place was clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The whole experience was smooth and top notch. Everyone was so happy and impressed with this spot. It was so close to Asheville, we were able to go into the city for some of the time and explore. "Everything was accurate to the listing. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the furniture was nice. One thing I'd recommend people looking to come here are aware of, is that the house is not easily accessible by sedans or small cars. The road up the mountain to the house is extremely steep, and two of the smaller sedans we brought had a very rough time up, to the point where we had to have some people get out of the car to make it up. "This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend."
