The resort is located in a great spot. Perfect for visiting the nearby restaurants and shops downtown. Also ideal for accessing the highways for your daily adventures. We visited a few of the waterfalls during our stay which were amazing!! The rooms at the resort are a bit outdated. Which wasn't a big deal. The king size bed was very comfortable. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at The Crowne Plaza!! We are looking to book another stay some time during this coming summer.

Unfortunately they no longer have the spa, golf course or tennis courts. Apparently, the state bought that part of the property to build the highway. However, Brandon, the shuttle driver was awesome. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was awesome.

The lobby and front area of the hotel are absolutely beautiful and make a great first impression. The staff throughout our stay were kind, welcoming, and helpful, which we really appreciated. However, the rooms are quite dated and could definitely use a facelift. While everything was functional, the overall feel didn’t match the level of the lobby or the service. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the staff, but the rooms could use some updating to bring everything up to the same standard.
