"Had a great time! The listing and photos were all very accurate. It was clean, warm and the hot tub worked great even in below freezing temperatures! We tried the extra space heaters and even got a little too warm at one point! They also have a lot of nice cutting boards, pots, pans, spices and plenty of utensils for you to cook meals with. They even set out some K cups for coffee in the morning which I thought was a nice touch. There’s a little ski resort right around the corner and lots of great hiking trails. The cabin also has great views from all the windows.Like the listing says, you need AWD in the winter. They had just gotten 4 inches of snow when we arrived. The road to the cabin hadn’t been plowed yet and the car (with AWD) got stuck as we were having trouble getting it into low gear. We had to walk about a quarter mile to the cabin while it was windy and 1F out initially. The host was very nice and even answered my call at midnight as we were figuring out what to do. We still had a great time and were able to get the car unstuck the next day.They did plow the roads the next day and even did the driveway for us so we could park right next to the cabin. I really don’t have anything bad to say about this cabin other than just plan accordingly if you’re driving on snowy mountain roads in general as that’s something you may need to do with this cabin in the winter. "

"Wonderful house with beautiful views across the mountains. Just steps to the slopes and all that Hatley Pointe has to offer. Well appointed with plenty of room for multiple families to relax, enjoy, play and stay. Air hockey and pool table were tops and enjoyed a few rounds of poker at the table. 100% recommend and will stay again. "
