"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The location was very convenient—about a 10-minute drive to most places, including the Biltmore entrance, downtown, and the River Arts District. The space is ideal for two people (any more might feel a bit tight). The bed was comfortable, the decor was lovely, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchenette was well-equipped with dishes and even a water cooler. We also enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor TV setup. I would have given a higher rating except for a couple of issues. After using the hot tub, we developed a skin irritation consistent with hot tub folliculitis, and I did notify the host so they could check the water maintenance. Additionally, the back porch has a nice gas fire pit, but the propane was either empty or not working. Not a deal breaker for us, but it would have been great if that had been checked this prior to our stay."
