"The hosts were easy to communicate with and get ahold of. The house was very nice and clean. The backyard is the best part! A bamboo forest, fire pit, hot tub and pollination garden. Also an added bonus of having a fenced in backyard if you bring your 4 legged friends along. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Sandy Hive. The house was perfect for us. It was comfortable, clean, as pictured, and so well stocked (games, kitchen utensils, coffee supplies, kids supplies, extra pillows and towels, etc). A short drive to town and a local park made the location great too. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, easily prepped meals in the fully stocked kitchen and slept comfortably. Karen was extremely responsive to any questions. We have 0 complaints and would absolutely stay...

"Came to visit some hurricane victims my husband and I had helped to celebrate the 4th with. This home was charming cute and clean. Filled with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown black mountain. Will absolutely stay again when we return. Host was great and quick to communicate. Highly recommend if passing through."

"This place was perfect for our stay at Black Mountain. We had a conference at Ridgecrest and it was less than 2 minutes away! All the amenities worked and it was such a calm place to stay. This would be a great place to bring family and enjoy hanging out in the backyard cooking out, playing games, and eating s’mores! Great attention to detail and love the care taken to welcome dogs as well. "

"Modern Mountain is a beautiful home with a 2 min drive to Black Mountain. The house is the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in and the owners have an app filled with helpful information and recommendations. We loved the fire pit and back patio. Highly recommend."
