"The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I had a pleasant stay indoors. However, the surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe. I noticed a number of homeless individuals nearby, and a few appeared to be under the influence of substances, which made the environment uncomfortable, especially during evening hours. "

"Upon check In They did not have our reservation! One of the managers had to come out and figure out what was happening! It was in Expedia but not Kimpton! We wasted about 30 minutes trying to figure out the situation! This is not the first time I gave had an issue with Expedia! Will not be using them again in the future"

"Hotel was in a great location. All staff was friendly and helpful. The road noise was loud in the rooms. Tv was extremely difficult to figure out and use. The bartender (Candy) in the lobby was super friendly and helpful. "

"Good size, comfortable bed. Bathroom door wouldn’t close due to raised floor tile. Kitchen cabinet doors coming apart. Great location."

"There should be advise about where to find grass for the dogs. A block away. When I returned through garage, no note was on door saying it was locked and needed key. I pried it open, dogs walked through and it closed on my dog leash. Very very dangerous, no signage(despite what desk said) An arrest in the lobby, 5 men, just...unpleasant. I won't return. "
