Built in 1867, our beautifully renovated home offers historic charm with modern finishes. The home features vaulted ceilings and a sleeping loft, providing airy living. Large windows and the stone wood burning fireplace in the living room combine rustic charm and contemporary design. Two bedrooms and one bath showcase a stunning walk-in shower with bench, overhead and handheld faucets, and Bosch washer and dryer conveniently hidden behind custom cabinetry. The custom kitchen features abundant cabinets, numerous pull-out drawers and top-tier Bosch and Viking appliances for a well-stocked chef’s workspace. A heat pump central air and a full-house generator ensure comfort and resilience. The 8-acre property grants extreme privacy and includes a private spring with a reservoir, a large pond, a creek and smaller streams. The cabin has two 1st floor bedrooms each with two Queen beds and an armoire/closet. One additional Queen bed is located in the upstairs loft.
