"Our stay at the cozy cabin was absolutely exceptional. The space was pristine, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing getaway. Tucked away in a quiet setting yet conveniently close to Black Mountain, it truly offered the best of both worlds.The cabin felt warm, cozy, and inviting, like a home away from home from the moment we arrived. Every detail seemed carefully considered, making it easy to settle in and fully unwind. We can’t say enough about how perfect this stay was and would return in a heartbeat."

"This is an excellent place to just get away from the fast pased world. On top of the mountain with breath taking views. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and the property was very well kept up."

"I never leave reviews. I do a lot of solo traveling, and have stayed in many motels. I just need a clean bed and shower for the night. I booked for 2 nights since I was hiking in area. Room smelled like stale smoke so I asked for a different room, they had none available unless I wanted to pay $10 more for a different room.. they finally were able to “find” me one for same price of $100. for one night. The room was dirty, literally dirt on the walls. shower was unusable because of mold on shower head. Sheets didn’t fit on bed kept coming off mattress. Coffee maker had scum build-up in reservoir. Unusable. Microwave was missing a leg on bottom so I had to use a coffee packet to level it , wasn’t drinking it anyway. In all the places I’ve stayed, I’ve Never had such an experience And had 2 nights to deal with it… "

"We had a wonderful week at the cabin! The whole house was neat and clean when we arrived; it was very cozy and inviting. The sleeping areas were spacious and the beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The coffee maker and the Keurig were especially appreciated!The kids loved the swing set and the movie collection. In the evenings it was lovely to put on a movie and work on a puzzle or play one of the board games that were provided. We had wonderful weather and took advantage of the porches and patio table to sit outside and enjoy a meal or a book.It was a perfect location for exploring the town of Black Mountain - and it was close to numerous walking and hiking trails. There was good information in the cabin about local trails - we especially liked the Catawba Falls hike and the trails around Warren Wilson College. The cabin was also a convenient drive to Asheville where we spent a day exploring.We absolutely hope to come back someday. There are still many places we would love to explore in the area and when we do we would choose to stay at this cabin again!"
