"Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice. "

"Love the set up of the room and the breakfast hampers are genius no need to have to be upat a certain time. Great concept. Mattresses could probably do with updating as not the comfiest and certainly done its service to varuous weights and shapes."

"Hotel was really nice, friendly staff, breakfast was really good and the lady serving was really nice and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious, some areas look a little tired in the room which could be resolved without too much effort to make the stay that extra bit special. Would definitely go back and try and different room. "
