Pam even made up biscuit packs for them 2 phone calls received to check which type of room, and we were given a large sea view room for pet comfort! "The property is well located for Bournemouth town centre with a short walk to shops and to the beach. The property was clean and spacious. However, worth noting if you are hoping to cook during your stay, that there is no hob or oven only a combination oven/microwave. Although there is coffee making facilities, toaster and fridge/freezer."

"Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...
