. Awesome breakfast served by fantastic waitresses who were lovely. Good sized room and excellent shower, floor a little creaky and bed slightly hard but to be expected in a property of this age. No evening meals unfortunately but plenty of local food options nearby. A little bit of noise in the morning from the coaches running their engines first thing, not excessive. Overall very happy with our stay at Laguna, nice old fashioned style...

"On first arrival the hotel has a grand entrance way above the money you would pay to stay here.The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are very clean and are also very cozy, they provide soaps and tea and biscuits which makes you feel at home. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bournemouth for sure this gets 10/10 from me and the swimming

"We had a great stay, we didn't realise parking wasn't included free, so this wasn't clear until we arrived and considering the difficulty parking, the fee per day was quite excessive. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It was good to have links with the two hotels either side. We had a lovely room, but in general the hotel does need a little TLC, particularly the outside seating (so uncomfortable) which is why we used the hotels either side for sitting outside on warm days. For the size of the hotel, it really does need more than one lift."
