A wonderful experience at this smaller boutique hotel. Very close to Harrods, other great shopping and different dining experiences. It’s off the Main Street in a charming and quiet side neighborhood. The breakfast and bar service was amazing. The staff very thoughtful.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. However the walls in the room were only partially decorated and appeared to be unpainted or papered. Reception said this was a style but its not one I like or have encountered before. My children were in the same type of room as me but their room was properly decorated. I also noticed some landings on the stairs were uncarpeted a work in progress perhaps?

Amazing hotel and was so fantastic from start to finish! Staff are so lovely and helped us with everything we needed & asked. Decor was gorgeous. Room was super clean & bed so comfy. Food was fab. Couldn’t believe how close the hotel was to the everything in Bath. Highly recommend!

Great Bath hotel
Great location, lovely building, super staff, great bar area. Felt our bedroom had limited space for putting our toiletries - table was narrow and had hotel stuff on it. Bedside tables tiny.

Really lovely stay at No. 15. Small touches like the free pantry for guests, Dyson hair dryers, and thoughtful decor that falls on the right side of eclectic all added to making our brief stay feel like a luxe escape. My husband and I did the copper room treatment in the in-house spa—the facilities were serene and the services were so relaxing. Location was also perfect for us— a relatively easy 15 minute walk with luggage from Bath Spa station, on a quiet stretch right across the Pulteney Bridge which made it easy to walk and explore the city. Great stay and we’d happily recommend it to others.

Ok stay, avoid room 27 ~ you can hear all the waterworks from the floors above and there is a sewage smell outside the room area. I had to request a change of a dirty duvet cover & was simply handed the cover to do this myself & then saw the duvet was dirty!

Our stay was only for one night but very enjoyable. Our room (16) was very small and cramped. Had we been staying for more than one night I would have complained. No wardrobes - no drawers - nowhere to store suitcases. All staff very friendly and helpful. I choose to stay here because of the car parking availability.

Beautiful hotel, it has a pantry with some light snacks such as ice cream, chips, cookies and some drinks. I liked my room a lot, it was a king with sofa bed, but my king mattress did feel a little dated and slanted a bit, but parts that was not slanted did feel very comfy. It it also very close to the attractions that we we planning to visit. The hot breakfast was good too, I had English breakfast, the omelets felt a little too dry and overcooked on the outside, but there were other choices to compensate.

Fabulous property! The quirkiest hotel with its wonderful and strange decor! The room was beautiful and had some lovely touches. The pantry and its treats were a great idea! We loved our Copper room experience the best! We would love our break away for our anniversary! We would love to be back!

A great experience
Out of the many beautiful hotels we stayed at during our time in the UK this was my favorite. The ambiance and uniqueness outweighed that of a five star in some ways. The hotel design is quirky and thoughtful and there are small touches such as Dyson hair driers, a free snack pantry and a welcome drink that make the stay special. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in the hideout, it was incredible! The staff were always amazing and helpful. We mostly ate in Bath, although had breakfast on the last morning which was good, although my wifes pancakes weren't cooked, after speaking with the staff they removed the entire breakfast food bill. The hotel was lovely, cocktails in the bar were on the high side but very good cocktails nonetheless. Again, the hideout room was on the high side, but well worth it!

Beautiful hotel. Was sad there was no VIP perks but alas the hotel was a perk enough! Room was great, STAFF was AMAZING. Restaurant was nice and a central bath location. Excellent place! Did I mention the pantry? (Snacks, popcorn, flapjacks, ice cream)
