Amazing hotel and particularly the staff, so attentive and friendly. Cannot fault the hotel at all, michelin star restaurant in the hotel which looked wonderful, we only had the breakfast but that was fantastic. Excellent boutique hotel. Superb service all round. We were greeted outside by Wayne to help with valet parking and every encounter with a member of staff from there was very positive. The highlight was dining at Olive Tree. Absolutely outstanding food and such a nice touch to have the chefs come out and explain the creativity and work that goes into every dish. Queensberry was such a gem! The rooms are super nice and clean. The staff were accommodating. The restaurant, Olive tree is the only Michelin restaurant in Bath and is hands down amazing!
