This hotel is beautiful and the place to be for Christmas drinks! I loved seeing everyone all dressed up at the Palm court! The room was spacious and luxurious offering two types of pillows for for comfort! We also visited the spa while there which was extremely nice and relaxing! Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. The area was nice and had lots of stores options. The proximity to the tube makes this hotel a great choice for travellers.

The room was very small and needed updating. The price of room varies by date and some days was overpriced. There were couple of days where there wasn’t much hot water in the shower. The best part of the hotel is the location. The train station, bus stop and restaurants are close by.
